FRUSTRATED WITH RAIN SERVICE

I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH RAIN. I lost my router, requested a sim swap, it took them almost 3 weeks to deliver the sim card. I am now sitting with a sim card that has not network connectivity. I have already ruled out that it is not the router I am using because I tested the router with another Rain sim card and it work. Their support service is pathetic.
