Frustrated! Utter BS

My initial relationship with rain was good and didn’t have any issues with them till I lost my job, I then had one of their call center agents call me, I asked they put my account on hold given that I no source of income at the moment, I was then asked if there’s a minimum amount I could pay, I told the agent there wasn’t because every cent mattered.

4 months into me still struggling to find a job, I got multiple calls about them not being able to debit from my account, I had to explain the same reason to different agents and yet I wasn’t assisted instead they kept trying to debit putting my account on a negative and at this point I’m annoyed.

For anyone trying to sign up with Rain, just know you’re simply making a deal with the devil.
