Frustrated to the bone!

I have connection problems every single day. I have to call the call Centre to get rerouted to another tower because the nearest tower is always down. Every single day I have to call and that tower is always down. I now have to supplement with data, and coupled with calling everyday that is money I have to spend on top of paying you guys every month for a service you don't provide!
