Frustrated Rain customer

I normally pay R250 every month on my rain Account however 4 months ago I added 1GB R50 extra charge but I decided to cancel the extra Gig however the website system did not allow me to decrease back to R250 monthly I still pay R300 now.i have spoken with a Consultant name Kerry C she promised to send a request to Accounts to decrease the extra R50 I'm paying last month however it's a new month now this has not been done she has not even got back to me as promised
