Frustrated new customer

Terrible experience, i want them to take their device and give me my money back. Since the device was delivered , i have not been able to connect. I have logged numerous calls, only automated replies saying an agent will call. Nothing until now. I would rather deal with the service providers we know that have actual human beings to talk to. RAIN is a skeleton company with no one, you are on your own. Whoever wants to try them out, i advise you...DON'T
