Frustrated first time user! Wrong device delivered and it does not even connect!!!

I’m so frustrated..firstly the package took long to be delivered. The courier company was given the wrong cell number even though I captured correctly on the Rain site when I was placing the order.

Secondly I ordered the rain one device and I was sent some complicated ZTE devices. 😡

Thirdly I have beeeen trying to call the support centre but no one answers the phone…been on hold for over 20min. I eventually logged a request to the support department and when they try call me ( I assume it’s them) your line disconnects when I answer

The ZTE device won’t pick up any signal at all and the red signal light keeps blinking. When I ordered the device I checked if I have network coverage in my area and ur site stated I do. I also waited for two hours as per the troubleshooting booklet states for sim to be rica’d, still nothing !

This was supposed to be a seamless plug and play exercise but it’s just a nightmare

Can someone urgently call me on *** to collect the ZTE device and deliver what I ordered or just collect ur device and I’ll just cancel the subscription
