Frustrated

Worst experience, worst signal, worst customer service. I had an issue with the connection, sent 5 emails, because they say they don't have a call center, 8 days later and still the service comes and goes making it impossible to do anything online including work. They called after the fifth mail saying that the tower was having problems and they will connect me to another tower received an email saying that problem was resolved, but four days later.... Same problem, definitely not resolved! Found out today that they don't have their own towers, that is why it has such poor signal...
