Frustrated client.

I lost my rain Sim card about 3 months back and till this date I'm still getting debit, I made two cancelation on their app but still get debited, I called Rain to get clarity and assistance in getting my refunds because I have be paying for something I don't have plus I made cancelations but all I got was they won't refund me and the line was cut..
