frustrated client

i bought rain on tuesday up to now its not working.I have been calling and calling with no assistance.only on friday i received a call from Deon saying technician is coming on Saturday morning.i spend the whole day waiting for them.i called again only to be told technicians they dont work on Saturdays.why are you selling things that are not working.why dont you give updates to your clients.please come take your router and give me back my money.i can't buy something that is not working and keep it.your service is ridiculous.
