Frustrated Client

After Numerous calls and messages still I cannot change my debit order on the site. I was told to change it in November (New month) and still I cannot do it. I want to end my services as this is unprofessional and no help is given to their customers. Will definitely not recommend Rain to anyone!!!!!!
