Frustrated by Rain

Last month I wrote the review about the same service provider, Rain. I'm not getting joy from this company. I haven't had connection in 2 days, last month same thing happened and I was told I cancelled the service, I asked for proof and went on mute. A month later, I'm writing another complain about their service, it looks as if they are failing. I will never advice anyone to subscribe to Rain, NEVER!
