Frustrated at the rain service.

I'm trying to use my rain sim to connect 9n the internet on my computer and it does not want to... Can someone please get back to me because your self help portal does not help at all, I'm very frustrated at the fact that I go into the online portal but I'm not getting assistance from your robot. Please get back to me ASAP
