Frustrated angry inconvenienced customer

I'm soo upset frustrated and inconvenienced by this network and yet I paid the full price!!! It's been 2 weeks now calling I, submitting tickets, requesting calls and etc but nothing.. It's almost month end now.. I work from home and had to buy data that I didn't budget for and rain will be debiting my account mobth end. It's been days and nothing has been happening... I don't want this anymore abut my money back or be credited because really isn't not fair in my side
