Frustrated and Unsatisfied

I have bought the SIM, paid the subscription and uploaded the required documents but Rain's system is stuck on live facial recognition (I have tried to sort this out numerous times over the past 24 hours) and when I try to find a way to contact them for assistance, my emails bounce.
