frustrated and angry customer

i am so frustrated with this service. ever since i purchased the sim i have been struggling to connect. the worst thing is that they never respond to their customers.i have emailed numerous times and even dm them on facebook still nothing .i really need to cancel this subscription. i dont recommend it to anyone
