Frustrated about Rain

Their network and customer service is really appalling, 2 of their consultants (a call centre agent and their network technician) **** to me with regards to the issue raised about network coverage. Since Monday I haven't been able to connect to the internet, when I call I get different stories. They're complains department/email goes unanswered really appalling service they providing.
