Frustrated

What is wrong with Rain really.... You guys are really stressing me...i am connected but no network the whole day yesterday and today I called today from morning which I only got to speak to someone in the afternoon... Was told to press and hold underneath the rooter until all lights were off then let go the it should be fine now still its not working...which the person I spoke clearly is not fami**** with the kind of device I use because the little pin he spoke about is not even there . Aag it's so frustrating we stream everything in my house... The kids are frustrated and frustrated me too can someone call me and fix this...
