*******!!! FRUAD
*******!! I canceled my account, I was debited this month for the full amount. I called and called, kept getting their robot. Finally I got through to someone, I was promised a call back. That was 4 days ago. I'm a pensioner. This is theft! The worst non existent customer service. I will not recommend this company ever. I am opening a case of theft at the police station. 09 Sept 2026, 18:19I canceled my account IN July. Why am I debited for Sep? I seven sent the modem back to them!!! I have had no internet with Rain since 31st of July!! They are dishonest. It was a manager that agreed a mistake had been made and never called back. This company derseves zero stars!!!
