***** from the poor!! Account debit no service be careful !!!!
Rain doesn’t follow through cancellation account still active since Feb tickets are logged calls made and account being debited they make it impossible for cancellation

Customer unable to cancel services via rainGO or rain.co.za. Requests cancellation and device collection. Payments made on 26th, disputes February charge as no service used in January. Please assist with cancellation and device collection process.
Reference Number: ***0 my account still being debit dispute this cancellation in FEB they run up a bill making it impossible for a cancellation!!!!!

18 May 2026, 21:06Money making **** poor connection!!! And then you can’t cancel they ask over and over again the AI agent says I will escalate but nobody returns the calls they debit my account twice in April 2026 ****mers they don’t want you to cancel I am about to break the device
