From the 20th June to date after porting my Vodacom number to rain, to date, I am not able to make or receive any calls

From the 20th June to date after porting my Vodacom number to rain, to date, I am not able to make or receive any calls. I have tried in vain to get help from rain. I have spent a lot on airtime and talked to more than 6 agents and each single one of them tells me a different story. Some are very arrogant and display an I don't care attitude. Some promise to call back and they never do. The last I talked to told me she will escalate my case and I have to wait for 48 hours. These are additional 48 hours of not being able to make or receive calls from my number
