From ok to worst and disgusting!

When Rain had 19 hour unlimited and 4G unlimited deals, they were ok, though signal never great. Since they introduced 5G and dropped all the 4G uncapped packages, they out of touch. Fibre is very accessible these days, plus almost all mobile providers offer uncapped fixed 5G/4G and uncapped mobile data sims, so Rain's 5G One is not competitive at all, what's even sorse is, they do not have any uncapped package you can use on your phone with. Worst of all, their agents keep phoning you trying to convince you to "Upgrade" your uncapped 19 hours and 4G package to 5G One, and when you say their 5G offering is "****" they argue with you trying to defend the company that by all means is struggling to maintain customer. I ask them to pass on the feedback to their manmagement, but the agent keeps saying "this is your personal feeling"......worth well to mention, they called me 3 times and I could not hear a thing on their side after picking up their call, well this is how bad their call centre's own signal is!
