From lies about credit n unfixed network to ********ly debit

Since 30.11.2022, I have been calling n emailing about their none working or rather dysfunctional network. All their attempts to fix it failed, yet they went to hello peter, responded to my review n said it was working which was a lie. On the 15th 12. 2022.they told me they will pass a credit I am yet to receive that mail n funny this morning 549 instead of 499 went off my account? What am I paying for? Internet that worked 30 minutes? I don't work night shift so it was useless to me.hence I ask again what is the 549 paying as even now there is no internet
