From last request

From last request. They did restore my internet but today it was cut off again and they saying I'm owing R1180. Which is not even possible because they cut off services if you don't pay. I'm just tired now with how they treating me for so many years with no issues and today they not helpful to me. I paid on the 25th of October, provide proof of payment to the document upload team. No respond from them, call center is not helpful. I just don't know anymore.
