From great to extremely poor

My first experience with this company was brilliant. Just before lockdown I signed up for the 5G package. Speeds were incredible and service was great. 4 months later and I am hating the company. Internet speeds are way down and sometimes it is down. They have zero after sales service. I opened 2 tickets online which they send an automated response for promising to contact you within 48 hours and still I wait. When the product worked it is brilliant but I can’t see this company making it for long. I regret recommending it to friends. Hopefully soon one of the big boys will be in my area with 5G or fiber.
