From Frustration to Satisfaction – Rain Delivered

A week ago, I was extremely frustrated with Rain Network. My 4G Unlimited SIM wasn’t working at all in my area — no connection, constant drop-offs, and zero reliability. I reported the issue and waited patiently, even though it was difficult not being able to stay online. It was honestly disappointing at first.

But I must give credit where it’s due. Rain support got back to me, identified a fault on the tower I was connected to, and confirmed it had technical alarms. The best part? They fixed it — and ever since then, my connection has been stable and working perfectly. I appreciate the transparency and the fact that they actually investigated and resolved the root cause. 5 stars from me for following through and restoring proper service. Thank you, Rain!
