From disaster to delight
At first I received very poor service from their call center due to COVID-19. After sending support requests everyday, Thembeka Bheli from Rain called me and turned it all around for me. She helped me sort out my sim card and was a delight. Thank you so much for all your help Thembeka Bheli.
