From bad to worse

Still no proper assistance after my last hello Peter review I year later 1 Sim card still not working you call they always busy when they call back it's like u the client is stupid n dunno what you talk of more I explain sim card show no Sim detected the more they tell u rain do it differently 🙄did all the steps processes Dom is still not work an get this you pay for an none working Sim every month. I bet my life on this they will call back tell me to follow there steps n drop the phone cause that's wat happen all morning.Leys not talk about the routers slow network or no network but come 25 they don't wait a minute later to deduce if there is no money service get stop immediately until money is received an they happy while we unhappy rain please note if this is not resolved it's either I get a working Sim or something by business today or my payments gets canceled from today ciz the pass years data I'm not gonna get for that Sim
