From bad to worse.

Logged faults with them, 10 days later still no resolution, no feedback and not even the decency to make contact to notify me of any status. So glad my friends who were thinking of joining Rain contacted me. Initially I was raving about how good Rain was, the last few months it has been ticket after ticket. So you lost 4 new premium clients because you couldn't be bothered to keep me updated let alone resolve the issue.
