From bad to worse

I use a pocket router and was fairly happy with the service

At work a different suburb I had perfect reception but I recently noticed that the signal strength was lately sporadic when I was at home, but yesterday it there was nothing.

Logged a call to see if Rain could assist. The operator "detached" and reattached my sim. Worked okay for a few min and it went back to no signal. When I got to work this morning I also had no reception, thus going from bad to worse.

Logged another call and my matter is still unresolved
