From a great relationship to terrible

Hi there, I had a good relationship with rain until recently, this being the last 3 weeks. My internet has not been changed moved or altered in any way and my connection has gone from great to terrible.

I’m currently busy with distance learning and actively studying a BCOM And cannot do any research nor submit assignments.

I have sent more than 8 emails and have also tried contacting rain on Facebook

Still no response
