Rain debited my account when I have not been using this router or internet from rain ever since the first month i got it In April as it never worked from the start and cannot even get to speak to anyone from Rain as they do not have a customer service number and now the 1st of september my account was debited for R699 whereas i have not been using ur services since the first month i got the router so please return my money and cancel my subscription with you with immediate effect.
