********** pathetic service provider

Worst service provider, infact don't even deserve any stars... Half the time no network and due to that I requested canceling my account as I have went with a alternate service provider. My account is being debited even after canceling and receiving a email from rain stating that it will be canceled as of end June, they have canceled my sim but debited my account 1st July and shows that next debit will be 2nd August.. This is totally unfair and **********.. I have sent several emails without any response and also tried calling but the number does not go through.. I don't know what to do further, my only option is to cancel my bank card & go through the process of getting a new card which is a battle but rain has left me no choice.. Pathetic service

It takes putting a review on hellopeter for me to get a response yet I've been sending emails since the past few weeks.. It's too late for apologies as I had to go ahead and cancel my card due to such terrible service.. Then I suddenly recieved a response via email after putting a review on hellopeter and i'm told that the reason I'm billed is due to paying for the month of June on the 1st July, which is totally incorrect as I've requested the cancelation in May and was told that have to give a month notice which I told them they can take the month notice and debit for June which they debited on the 1st of June already for June and now debited today 1st of July which I was told I will not be debited again... Ive got several proof on emails from May stating that I will not be debited again and 1st of June was the last that will be debited, after that i have not recieved any response from rain at all yet I've sent several emails in June to remind them and check all in order
