On the 3rd of November I post a review on Rain Internet. The same day I received a reply from them. As I did cancel my subscription at end of August and nothing happened. They took another 2 months money. In the reply they promise me at least 1 months money back at then also a small amount, I don't know for what that amount was. They are clever, only paid back the small amount of money, yes I'm going to put it down here R32 and few cents. I send them a mail and received a reply that my sim was cancelled on the 4th of October, so that means they kept my September money after my cancellation - oops also my October. When asking what about the money that was suppose to be paid back. They reply that they cant find a ticket number of the money and I must provide it. I did send the reply that I received from them on Hellopeter and till now - nothing!!
