After nemerous complaints sent via this platform as no Rain consultant were able to return my call or provide feedback for more than 10days due to lack of service. I cancelled my account with Rain but now the have resorted to ********** debit of my account. I called to ask why my account was debited and no feedback was given.

Financial institution can't even reverse this amount on my behalf. This is wrong and against the law

Debit order was returned for October but I'm still owed money for half of September, as I was promised payment will be made due to non provision of agreed service and 4 months later no payment has been received
