I've cancelled my Rain SIM cards in December 2020, was debited the final payment was made on 06/01/2021 & was then assured that all SIM cards were cancelled & no further payments would be required. However, I was debited R479 today... FOR WHAT!?!?!?!?! Rain ***

02 Feb 2021, 20:35I'm struggling to understand how it is I spoke to a Rain agent who confirmed that my last payment was R664.41 & I would not be billed further as I had cancelled - all in writing, but Isstill get charged... Another thing is that the day I cancelled was 01/01/2021, I threw the SIM card away & hadn't used it since or at all & I still was charged... To add to that, another support agent tells me to refer to the terms & conditions as a reason for not wanting to refund me. All the while, nothing stipulates that I will be charged for not using data.
