I bought the rain 4g unlimited 24/7 after checkin the network coverage which I had, but when I received it I had constant problems with connection and I contacted rain on multiple occasion but couldn't come right , that's when I canceled the contract and I was entitled to a refund, its been a month since I received my email saying my refund has been processed and I haven't received it, I followed up twice and they told me about backlog and they will follow up but they don't, it's easy to take people's money but when it's time to return it it's like they play marry go round. Dear rain my I please have my money it's long overdue please
