Rain is a ********** company they need to be investigated and not allowed to trade in South Africa... I've not used the network from August and cancelled end of August after they deducted r479 plus another r159 extra for 5 days usage end of September they had deducted r479 again yet the sim is deactivated and has no usage on the bill its 0 I pay and use so I shouldn't have been debited and the worst part is they have no stores or call centre's for any help the number from the net doesn't work either this is alot of money and it's ***** to be deducting money for something we don't use as if their pathetic network wasn't enough and the next debit date is 1st November 2021 and the sim is deactivated...

04 Oct 2021, 13:56What utter nonsense is that yourl debited me r479 in August which was for July as well as r154. 52 for the few days in August then the sim was canceled so in September the 479 was for August so why was September billed when it wasnt even in use when I took up the contract I paid upfront r479 then the month end again url debited 479 so we pay and use the services so why was I debited yourl are a very ********** company yourl shouldn't even be allowed to trade here only rip of people with your pathetic services!!
