********** collection

I am very upset my account was debited, with R499 while I cancelled the service on the 06th of January ref no: (***9) "As per your request service: *** has been cancelled and your collection has been logged with our courier partner RAM, reference number: RAIN08-***3".

The above is what I received to confirm my cancellation and the router was also collected a few days later after the request. I have been trying to contact their contact center ever since this is ridiculous.
