********** charges on my card

Even after cancelling more than 4 times, the exact same account, I still get billed. Last month I was refunded my 699 after 2 weeks of them making a mistake. Now I am being charged R45.10 for an inactive account. This is now ***** and it has been done for the second time and I am 100% sure it will continue.
