********** charges and deduction

O complained about about the network coverage in my area. They told me they can't help me in that regard. Cancelled the services but they still deducted for months I didnt use their services because on network issues. Each time I call they (Rachel/ Sanele/Lindo) tell me they'll call me back but they never do
