********** activities freely accepted by Rain Internet Service Provider

I hope this message serves everyone well

I want to report the internet service provider namely Rain that operates in South Africa. On December 1st 2020 a transaction was debited on my FNB account for a Rain payment that was 1. Unauthorized and 2. Not for my account. I don't have a Rain internet account whatsoever.

After calling my bank and reporting ***** and then contacting Rain that there was a ********** transaction that managed to identify and confirm I don't have a Rain account and who the person is who the payment was made to. However they are reluctant to provide any further details for me to open a case against them for *****, and secondly they refuse to suspend the account to which the unauthorized payment was made to and is allowing an account which is technically speaking an account paid by theft to just simply operate for their own benefit. Besides that, even with their billing department in their power they refuse to do a reversal or refund of the unauthorized funds that was *******ly taken from my account.

I find this highly ******* and frankly extremely arrogant that a company will operate and tolerate any kind of ******* and ********** activities like this on their system and just allow it and let it be to people who are not even a client of their company.

I would appreciate further assistance or input from anyone's side.
