*****ulantly debitting my bank account

I had signed up for rain,taking them up on their 7 days trial period.I was not impressed with their service and withing 7 days communicated with the company that I will not be using their services going forward.When I signed up,the compaby charged me R470 ,which by my understand standing was supposed to be refunded.However,the company charged me R260 the very same month.That did not end there as they kept on debiting me R470 for the following 2 months.This is unacceptable and it is *******.I want my money back.
