*****ulant debit order from Rain.

Rain is prepaid, a subscriber need to pay the ISP before having access to the service. I have cancelled my unlimited 4G 24/7 plan which was to be cancelled at Month end and it was successful. Service is no longer active on my profile. To my surprise my account was debited on the 1st of October 2021. Rain must refund me my money. You can't charge me for a service that I don’t have. And the network is forever not working.

I think it’s high time for ombudsman to investigate this Rain network (ISP) because your service is below standard and you are robbing people of their money.

I want my money please.
