********** / FALSE ADVERTISERS / WHITE COLLAR CRIME

I have written extensively regarding this ***** company and how they lie to potential clients in order to **** South Africans. This is disgusting how a South African company can do something like this and keep on advertising how they are the cheapest with the best network and in fact, they have the weakest network.

Everyone I meet has described their interaction with Rain the same and the excuses are also the same "network tower has a fault alarm, we have reported this to our technical & engineers team". They know that their network cannot handle the load but they advert this hoping to get as many people on the network as possible to make as much money as they can then once the towers break down, they are going to give you the same scripted excuss.

I have since reported this to ICASA [GAU3744/20]. and I don't think i am the only one but they are also dragging their feet. There is no accountability and good practice.

Rain is a ***** company and they are false advertising their services and they should be held responsible. This cannot be allowed to continue any further.

DONT USE RAIN, it will only work for as long as there are no other persons beside yourselves on the network. If you want to waist your money then go ahead.
