I'm currently disappointed in Rain, on the 31st of December 2022 R529 was deducted on my credit card today on the 3rd of January 2023 I received an sms saying my account is in arrears, I called in the first agent told me they have a system error on they side, I must give her 2min to rectify then the line got disconnected. Called the 2nd time, third then a guy by Snowflake told me my account is in arrears as in there where months I didn't pay, told him how is that possible as it's a pay as you use service? When I check on my app it says R529 was deducted for November 2022, and what we were communicated was as from 1st December there is a price increase of R29 from R499 to R529. The agent was even rude I insisted on cancelling my subscription as they are **********. I don't recommend Rain, poor service from the agents.
