Rain is the worst service provider ever, I curse the day I took your services, I have cancelled my subscription in August but you keep on taking money from my account without my consent, I was told this is a pay as you use service and if I don't pay then I don't get coverage so why am I paying for something I don't have, you have taken your router and who gave u permission to take money from my account because I do not remember agreeing to a debit order..i want my money as I will be escalating this further.

26 Oct 2022, 09:12I told you guys I want to cancel my subscription in August and the lady I spoke to told me that the payment that will go off in September will be the last payment , you can look in your recordings and I would like to get all the call recordings I had with your company as I will be taking this further.
