I do not know where to start but rain has been a night mare to my life, and I wish I never even registered for the internet service provider and I believe I am not the only one who is being *****ed by rain, I have a package for unlimited for R479 and the debit order goes off on the 1st of every month to my surprise I was debited 958 unexpectly, now I have to wait for the rain to give me back my money within 7 days and I do not have money for food as the wrongly debited me, poor servic from rain but just know u have lost a loyal customer and u are still going to lose more customers because of the ***** that you are doing. If I have to fight and get my money I will do so. I Want My Money back rain.spoke to Vivian mkhabele 2april.9.28 and also sent her my bank statement as proof.
