***** on my accout by Rain

After realizing that I was sold lies I called the Rain call centre and cancelled the month to month agreement then after 2 weeks they came and collected their router .I asked them to return the money they debited on the 1st of May they never did ,today again they debited money this is a breach of agreement and its ***** because they went into my account without my permission Their network is useless and doesn't work i need the double payment they made from my account back to my account because i dont have anything binding me to them
