***** and unscrublesous STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

Never give this company you bank details or credit card details or order on line from them . I ordered the sim on their spesial in Dec/ Jan . I was on borders of the reception area . It did not work I got good upload speed, but just about not download speed . Phone them on 2 occasion . I move in Feb, the card is still somewhere in a box in garge and most probably damage after the storm damaged we suffers I month after moving in . Is not in any device, but acourding to their statement is still down loading data . Now either they send you someone else statement or , their staff is involved with using customers data !!!!! After phoning them asking them why they deducting my acount , wich I dont have with R1478 ..oo I got rude operators , I post it in social media they been delaying this for months . But in 1 of month they take R1500 off my acount wich I only discovered recently . Even when questions they have excuses!!!! It take months of getting your money back from them . If you get back any , mean while the debitting peoples aacount because apparently you have a contrack with them. This Is according to the bank, wich conquered about othe charges . I no point did I order or used the data or acount , my 5 telkom simcard are prove of that I. I dont have any accounts with no company . They talking money off hinders of consumer with out delivering a service , and when wire the customer gets blamed. This has also been send to the consumer board and any one wanting to join the group action case against them are welkom to join them . They **** themself to Conner, did not know I moved and their no way Ithe sim could have connected to their service. But stil the proses each month R1500 a month . Their was more than R 7000 already deducted from my account. This company's should be investigated. Duping people and literally *****ing your money with no service deliverd !!!! Their call center must employ the rudest and no help full staff in country !!!!!!!
