I don't even know where to start to express my anger. These people are **********. They have been debiting my account for a service I never even finished activating. When I call customer service, the agent was rude and they haven't processed my refund. For nearly 5 months now they have been debiting R250. If they don't give me my money back I will have to get my lawyer involved in this because this is ********** activity.
